What is your Shipping policy?
We believe that value for money is very important and price our products accordingly. We do not build a ‘Delivery Allowance’ into the price that we offer to you and endeavour to keep shipping charges down to a minimum.Where do you Ship?
We offer delivery to any mainland UK destination. Other addresses outside of the UK mainland please call Freephone 0800 279 8889 for charge advice.For a single or multiple items we offer a Flat Rate of £4.95 Orders over the value of £40 will be delivered to any address on the mainland UK FREE OF CHARGE. Other addresses outside of the UK mainland please call for charge advice.
For some orders over 5 kgs we use a courier service. If a courier service has been used we will advise you accordingly.
Remember that Royal Mail and our couriers work throughout the day so your order may arrive at any time between 9am and 5.00pm.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Most orders received by 12pm (Monday to Friday) are despatched on the same day and the vast majority within 48 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability.For cheque payments, goods will be dispatched after funds have cleared.
We will always endeavour to keep you informed of anticipated despatch dates if any delays do occur.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually Royal Mail First Class post or courier. Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days of the despatch date.Returns
What is your returns policy?
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 7 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. We will refund the cost of the product to you upon receipt of the returned items. We cannot always refund postage & packaging costs - please see details below.

Will the Delivery charge be refunded?
We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances. If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges.In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.
