The Oppo Metatarsal Silicone Insoles are specially designed to relieve pressure directed on the heels and balls of the feet. They are made from a non-toxic, oil-based silicone which provides increased comfort and gives the small bones of the feet a chance to realign over a period of time. The subtle base of the insoles prevents shock impacts on the heels, allowing maximum comfort whilst walking and standing.
Includes one pair of insoles, which fit comfortably into most shoes. If you have allergic or sensitive skin, consult your physician or podiatrist before using this product. This product is 100% silicone and as a result it may harden over time – it is best to replace this product after an extended period of use.
Hand wash & air dry, then spread with talcum powder.

Medium (N2) : 4-6½
Large (N3) : 7½-8
