This product has been very helpful to me with a lower spinal injury.
I use this product round the other way so the gap is at the back of the seat and there for my spine is not touching anything.
They are well worth the money for anyone who has trapped nerves in the legs or back or can't sit on anything hard. It really has made things much more pain free for me.
I would recommend this product to anyone who finds a toilet seat painful.
Its very easy to fit and remains in place. Even people who don't need it enjoy sitting on it so mine stays on all the time. :)
