DIRECTIONS: Push and click curved file head permanently into handle. Extend file when required by pushing button on handle and sliding up. Click the extendable file together. Extend the file to optimum length to reach the heel area taking the strain out of reaching your feet. After use, wash the file with warm water and leave to dry naturally.
