What are our Shipping costs?
Please note – as of 22nd May 2017 our minimum spend and shipping charges have been amended to reflect current postage charges.
Full shipping breakdown / charges will be shown during the checkout process and before you finalise your order. (For online orders only)
Standard delivery (3-5 working days)

1st class delivery (1-3 working days)

Next day (orders before noon for same day (Monday-Thursday) dispatch for next day delivery) £7.50
PLEASE NOTE: That any order's placed after 12pm Friday may not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
What is your Shipping policy?
We believe that value for money is very important and price our products accordingly. We do not build a ‘Delivery Allowance’ into the price that we offer to you and endeavour to keep shipping charges down to a minimum.
Where do you Ship?
We offer delivery to any mainland UK destination. Some UK mainland addresses have premium rate delivery charges, which we have no choice, but to pass on to the customer - please check postcode lists. For other addresses outside of the UK mainland, please call Freephone 0800 279 8889 and speak to one of our team about setting up an account and making shipping arrangements. If you place an order from an address we are unable to deal with without contacting us first, we will have no choice but to notify you, cancel your order & refund your full amount.
Remember that Royal Mail and our couriers work throughout the day so your order may arrive at any time between 9am and 9pm.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually Royal Mail First Class post or courier. See Delivery options above but generally our standard delivery service - excluding weekends and Bank Holidays - orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days of the dispatch date.
Occasionally deliveries may take longer when we have stock issues- but our customer service will notify you of any issue that would affect your delivery option.
We endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible but our estimates rely on stock availablilty and courier effieciency- both of which are usually very good. Please call if you have any query with this.
Extra shipping notes
If you wish to give us additional information regarding shipping, for example if your delivery address is particularly hard to find or if you just wish to make alternate arrangements on where to leave your parcel in the event that you aren't at home, then do not hesitate to contact us via Freephone 0800 279 8889 or email to let us know.
If for any reasons other than damaged, faulty or wrongly sent goods, and we need to exchange or re-send an item, a postage charge of £4.95 will apply. Free carriage only applies to the original transaction.
What is your returns policy?
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 7 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. We will refund the cost of the product to you upon receipt of the returned items. We cannot always refund postage & packaging costs - please see details below. Please note we cannot accept the return of goods that have been worn.

How do I return an item?
Simply contact us by email to inform us of the return of the goods. Alternatively simply return to the address shown below with a covering letter stating a refund or exchange.

Will the Delivery charge be refunded?
We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances. If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges.
In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.
What happens after the items have been returned?
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
